He shook his head slowly, closing his eyes softly as he leaned against the transparent wall. She could only watch him as the agony took hold of him again, his face contorting just slightly as his breath quickened.Only watch, because she knew that there was nothing that she or anyone could do to relieve him of it.
"Aldreios...?"
His eyes opened to stare at her again, cold sweat lingering on his features as he struggled to calm his breathing. "Wh... what does... Anastasia... mean...?"
"... It means to rise again, to be resurrected."
"... Then why does a resurrected love die...?"
